About the Role
You’ll be part of the Bridgwater cluster, covering areas such as Bridgwater, Burnham‑on‑Sea, Weston‑super‑Mare, Highbridge and Cheddar. You’ll be out on the road in your local area, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments – no reactive callouts, just organised, pre‑booked work so you can focus on doing the job properly.

* Routine servicing
* Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
* In‑depth repairs normally completed in a workshop
* Member advice and recommendations based on your inspection
* Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards

Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary of £40,178, with on‑target earnings of up to £52,000
* Guaranteed overtime option that can increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities
* 40 hours per week, core hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (full‑time Monday–Saturday 8 am–8 pm)
