About the Role:
As part of a broader digital transformation initiative across Europe, the Regional IT Director is seeking a strategic partner to help coordinate and drive regional technology efforts. This role requires project management expertise, ensuring seamless communication and execution between headquarters and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consolidate and interpret project data from various European countries.
* Organize and lead coordination meetings with local, regional, and headquarters technology teams.
* Develop and deliver executive-level reports for senior management.
* Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and local execution, ensuring alignment.
* Monitor and support the rollout of regional technology initiatives.
* Track project milestones and report progress to central leadership.
* Assist local teams with implementation challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with project teams to define scope, timelines, and quality standards.
* Supervise project managers to maintain schedules and deliverables.
* Oversee all project phases—from planning to deployment.
* Streamline processes to enhance project delivery speed.
* Evaluate and report on project performance metrics.
