An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a new 5-bed residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
We are seeking a compassionate candidate who is about delivering exceptional care and driving high-quality standards. You will manage a dedicated team of approximately, promoting a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring that the people we support are empowered to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
1. Ensure the home meets all CQC regulatory and legislative requirements.
2. Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team to deliver person-centred care.
3. Promote a culture of safeguarding, respect, and dignity across the service.
4. Monitor and review service provision to maintain and exceed quality standards.
5. Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial and operational targets are met.
6. Maintain compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
7. Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
Registered Manager Requirements:
8. Have previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated adult care setting.
9. Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 Diploma desirable).
10. Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for adults with autism and learning disabilities.
11. Possess excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
12. Be flexible, resilient, and able to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
13. Hold a full UK driving licence.
