At Family Action we support people through change, challenge or crisis. It’s what we’ve done for over 150 years. We protect children, support young people and adults, and offer direct, practical help to families and communities. Are you passionate about supporting families? Are you organised, proactive, adaptable, and skilled in engaging families and professionals? Do you have experience of providing advice, signposting and / or community engagement or outreach work?
The Best Start in Life programme provides extra support to families to improve children’s lives, from when the baby is conceived up to the age of five. Family Hubs support families with children and young people of all ages, and at every stage of family life. Family Hubs are places in the heart of the community where you can attend appointments, meet with staff for a chat, or take part in courses and activities.
