This role involves supporting them both at home and in the community, including transport to and from school.He is verbal, bright and very articulate, with a strong personality and clear interests. They can sometimes struggle with motivation and benefit from encouragement and positive role modelling. They love swimming, football, online gaming like FIFA & aspire to become an influencer one day.Your role will include:Providing companionship and building a positive, trusting relationshipSupporting with motivation, routines and keeping busyEncouraging participation in hobbies and interestsTransporting to and from school and activitiesSupporting emotional regulation where neededProviding supervision and reassurance during waking nightsWe are looking for someone energetic, engaging and able to bring structure while maintaining a calm and consistent approach.What you'll bringExperience in healthcare having supported Autism & ADHDExperience motivating and reassuring the people you supportComfortable supporting an individual who is filming or vlogging, offering encouragement when neededComfort working around animals and helping the person we support to look after themWho we areacuity care delivers specialist support across Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Learning Disability & Autism, and Mental Health Services.
