Occupational Therapist – Early Intervention
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide exceptional early intervention services to children and their families. You will work directly with families and help shape innovative, results-driven therapy programs for children in need.
What We Offer
* Mentorship from experienced therapists in similar settings and populations.
* Flexible scheduling: Create your weekly schedule between 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday.
* Full-time salaried position (W2), starting with 19 billable hours weekly, plus a sign-on bonus and flexible bonus programs.
* Part-time hourly positions (W2), 5-15 hours weekly at $96/hour.
Support and Training
* Trained client service team with full field experience.

Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive service plans including IFSP/IEP goals.
* Conduct assessments across developmental areas and identify concerns.
* Perform make-up sessions as needed.
* Communicate effectively with families, service coordinators, and administration.
* Provide therapy to infants and toddlers in natural environments, utilizing various modalities.
* Monitor and document child progress through meaningful, family-oriented activities.
* Adjust treatment goals as necessary and document promptly.
* Participate in meetings as required by program guidelines.
* Cover caseloads during absences when needed.
* Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
* Meet productivity requirements and submit reports timely.
* Deliver in-person services using coaching, reflective, transdisciplinary, and primary service provider models.
* Plan work schedules at least one week in advance.
* Notify case managers of caseload concerns.
Minimum Requirements
* Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current license and/or registration in the applicable state.

Physical Demands: Ability to transfer, transport children, and perform treatments on the floor or mats. Knowledge of proper handling, exercise, and body mechanics is required.
