RPS continue to grow, and we are looking to reinforce our Water Consultancy business in our Sheffield Office, with Graduate Wastewater Modellers and Engineers. The Graduate Assessment Centre will be hosted in our Sheffield office with an in-person day including presentations, group exercises, and a technical assessment.
What happens at the Graduate Assessment Centre

Use this day to meet our existing graduates and employees. Lunch and regular breaks will be provided.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and progress in an environment where your efforts and talent are recognised. Start dates are anticipated throughout 2025. The Graduate roles will combine office/home-based working with site work where required for data collection.

Responsibilities
* Data handling and analysis of large datasets
* Statistical analysis of data
* Preparation of factual and interpretative reports
* Construction and maintenance of hydraulic models
* Client and stakeholder engagement and management
* Input to development, maintenance and documentation of bespoke software tools and applications
* Use of GIS, including QGIS and MapInfo
About You
* A degree in Civil Engineering or Geography
* Modules covering wastewater, hydraulics, GIS are desirable but not essential
* Good communication skills and written English
* Ability to work in a team to solve problems that matter
* Computing skills including experience of Excel
