Responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical pensions administration services, including calculating and processing scheme benefits.
2. Training and mentoring junior staff members.
3. Checking and authorising colleagues’ work.
4. Applying benefit structures, trust deeds & rules, and legislation.
5. Supporting the Administration Manager to meet deadlines.
6. Handling queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaising with clients and third parties.
7. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
8. Responding to technical member queries via phone, email, and letter.
This role is ideal for individuals with previous DB Pensions Administration experience seeking development opportunities and supervisory responsibilities.
