Main duties would include:
* Processing purchase invoices (some automated some manual)
* Running reports
* Chasing outstanding advice notes and purchase orders
* Allocating payments on customer accounts (& cash account)
* Calling customers to chase in payments
* Answering main phone line and re-directing calls/taking messages
* Supporting Finance team and Credit control team where required.
