We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Beacon Academy as a Teaching Assistant. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and committed professional with high expectations for both students and themselves.
In this vital role, you will provide essential support to teachers and students across various subjects and year groups, assisting with classroom activities, individual and small-group learning, and student well-being. Your contribution will be key in helping all our students access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Wellspring Academy Trust and Beacon Academy believe in investing in our staff. We have a strong CPD offer, and all new staff will receive a supportive induction program.
As a small school, we pride ourselves on developing strong relationships. To further enhance this, we're introducing a new coaching group approach for staff and students in September. Our students are enthusiastic and respond well to strong, trusting relationships with staff. With new leaders recently appointed, Beacon Academy has a renewed focus on student development, both academically and in personal growth.
