Business Development - Running & Events\n\nLocation: UK-wide (Remote/Field-based)\n Pay: Base + Commission\n Hours: Flexible / Part-time\n\nAbout the Role\n\nSkamper Anytime is a new way for runners to race - verified routes, run anytime, no race-day logistics.\n\nWe're early-stage and still proving the sales model. This role is about getting it off the ground, not maintaining a finished system.\n\nYou'll use your retail experience to sell the Anytime concept in two ways:\n\nSet up new local Anytime series\n Recruit shops, clubs, and local organisers to run 6-race Anytime series in towns, cities, and trail hubs.\nSell Anytime to existing race organisers\n Help organisers add an off-calendar, low-risk revenue stream alongside their main events.This is a hands-on sales role - calls, shop visits, real conversations - not "partnership management".\n\nThis Role Is Ideal If You:\n\nCurrently manage (or have managed) a running or outdoor retail shop\nAre a runner and know your local scene\nAre confident selling face-to-face and on the phone\nWant commission and upside, not just a salary ceiling\nLike the idea of shaping something early rather than following scriptsPay & Opportunity\n\nThis is a part-time, flexible role with a full-time equivalent package of £28k-£40k, reflecting base pay plus success-related elements.
