Position: Director of Product - City of London
Salary: £130,000-140,000
Hybrid working arrangement. We are seeking a Director of Product for a leading client based in London. The role involves leading the client's digital product strategy and execution, with a focus on creating innovative solutions to enhance patient experiences and support healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities include:
1. Translating business goals into digital products.
2. Leading product management teams.
3. Setting industry standards.
4. Collaborating with engineering, data science, and AI teams to leverage technical capabilities.
5. Developing and executing the digital product strategy aligned with business objectives and the technology roadmap.

* Extensive experience in product management, including leadership roles.
* Proven success in launching digital products from concept to market.
* Proficiency in managing product teams and applying product development methodologies.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design and customer experience principles.
* Experience with agile development and leading cross-functional teams.

* Experience working with technical teams on complex digital solutions.
