Warehouse Supervisor – Lutterworth
Salary: £33,592 per annum
Shifts: 4 on / 3 off (Day or Night shifts available)
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy parcel packing operation in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of a team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supervising a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets
* Overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatch of parcels to the highest standards
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
* Managing performance, providing coaching, and supporting team development
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Good organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure
