Job Description
3. Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Prepare and execute regular payment runs.
5. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
6. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities.
7. Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
8. Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct coding of expenses.
10. Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role within accounting and finance.
12. Familiarity with accounting software and strong Excel skills.
13. An organised and methodical approach to work.
14. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
15. Excellent communication skills for supplier and internal interactions.
16. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
