Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of CRM software, to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
We are an award winning, domestic heating company based in Rosyth who specialise in domestic heating and home insulation. Your sole responsibility would be to bring in leads and work in this area for the business. A target driven individual is important as with a £26-30k basis and realistic OTE of £60k, targets must be met to succeed in the role.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
* Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage client information, and analyse sales data.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
* Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong proficiency in CRM software is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
