We are looking for a driven Quality Technician to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgewater (TA6). As a Quality Technician, you will be the technical point of contact outside regular hours, working closely with Shift Managers to resolve quality issues in real time. You’ll ensure compliance with food safety standards by performing inspections, GMP and hygiene audits, raw material sample testing, and traceability checks. You will lead investigations into non-conformance's and complaints, escalating issues where product legality or safety may be at risk. You’ll also support production on trials, first runs, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate data logging, calibration, and documentation are always maintained.
