This isnt just motor retail; its about curating a world-class modern luxury environment Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will hold total stewardship over the Hereford sites performance. You take responsibility for delivering an atmosphere where modern luxury is felt in every interaction. While your background likely includes senior automotive management, your mindset should be rooted in delivering industry-leading excellence. Role and Responsibilities Working closely with the management team the Head of Business is responsible for the continued growth of the business. You will drive a leading customer satisfaction programme that takes your dealership into a different league to your competitors. You will receive a robust support network from our Head Office team including our I.T, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment and Training departments. About you The successful candidate will preferably have extensive experience of overseeing the Retail and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership. You must be able demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. In addition, you need to have strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality and a real passion for the brand. Currently be a General Manager / Head of Business or in a senior line management role within a franchised dealership.
