About the Role:
You will be working alongside the class teacher to support learning across the Year 3 classroom. The role includes general classroom support as well as working with pupils who have additional needs, so confidence and flexibility are key. This is a great opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys variety and wants to build strong classroom experience.
Requirements for the Successful Candidate:
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in a school setting
• Confidence supporting both mainstream pupils and those with SEN
• Positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
