Behaviour Mentor - SEMH Provision (Blackburn) 📍 Location: Blackburn 📅 Start Date: 6th January 2026 🕒 Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (08:30am - 3:30pm), Term Time Only 💰 Pay: £106 - £115 per day (dependent on experience) We are recruiting a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students within a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in Blackburn. This full-time role involves working both 1:1 and in small groups, supporting young people who may display challenging behaviours and require individualised emotional and behavioural support. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and committed to helping students build confidence, regulate emotions, and engage positively in learning.
