Overview
Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with a prestigious and well-established legal firm for a talented temporary Receptionist to join their busy Belfast office. This opportunity is a maternity cover for a minimum of 10 months with the view to potentially be extended.
Responsibilities
 * Be the first point of contact at the busy law firm front-of-house; greet clients, manage incoming calls, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.
 * Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, maintain a welcoming environment, and deliver excellent client service.
Requirements / Qualifications
 * Experience as a Receptionist would be beneficial but not required.
 * Ability to manage a busy front-of-house area and multitask while meeting deadlines.
 * Proficiency in IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite is advantageous.
 * Strong customer experience and ability to cultivate relationships.
Details
 * Salary: £24,500
 * Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
 * Contract: Temporary maternity cover (minimum 10 months) with potential extension
