As the organisation continues to grow both in the UK and internationally, they are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to lead their quality systems and drive continuous improvement across the business. The Role This position will take ownership of the companys quality management systems (ISO9001 & ISO14001) and play a key role in ensuring products, processes and operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and performance. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing quality strategies to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance Managing and improving quality management systems including ISO9001 and ISO14001 Collaborating with manufacturing and supply chain teams to resolve quality challenges Creating and monitoring quality KPIs to identify improvement opportunities Conducting internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards Managing quality documentation including procedures, plans and reports Driving continuous improvement initiatives across quality engineering processes What Were Looking For Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering or a related discipline Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001 essential, ISO14001 desirable) Demonstrated success delivering quality improvement initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Whats On Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses - £40-50K base bonus Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Flexible working options
