Your role

Support the smooth running of housing services, ensuring compliance and safety
:
Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, volunteers, and the local community
:
Assist with tenancy management and help residents understand their rights and responsibilities
:
Support the Retirement Communities Manager with managing and marketing voids
:
Promote social activities and encourage use of communal spaces
:
Maintain accurate records and systems for effective service delivery
Your skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers

Experience in housing or a similar customer:focused environment
