The Role
As aPaint Preparation Operative, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning and filling
* Assisting the paint spraying process to achieve a high-quality finish
* Mixing paints and supporting colour matching when required
* Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working Hours
40-hour week:
* Monday Thursday:08:00 16:45
* Friday:08:00 15:00
