Overview
We are seeking dedicated Hot Tub and External Lodge Guest Readiness staff to join our team. Only apply if you are flexible enough to accept shifts on any day of the week and weekends. The ideal candidates will possess good practical abilities and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for the cleaning and preparation of hot tubs and the surrounding garden and patio areas ensuring that our clients receive a great first impression when arriving for their vacations.
Duties
* Perform routine hot tub care tasks including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
* Clean and maintain the outside areas of lodges in readiness for guest arrivals.
* Communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure the external Hot Tub and outside areas are ready for guest arrivals.
* Maintain accurate records of testing and repairs conducted.
* Own transport (fuel allowance paid) is essential to drive to other Country Parks in the area to perform these tasks, ensuring timely arrival at each appointment.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.
* Previous maintenance or practical aptitude is required, showcasing your ability to engage positively with a range of maintenance and guest readiness tasks.
* A valid driver's licence is required to travel to job sites efficiently.
* The ability to work independently is crucial for success in this role.
