WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves engaging with customers and adopting a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Role Responsibilities
* Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating innovative products and software on-site.
* Developing existing customer relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
* Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing CRM system Salesforce.

Candidate Requirements
* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented mindset to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to engage with all customer levels.
* Driven, curious, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
* Full manual UK driving license (disclosure of points and expiry dates required).
