Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?
* Competitive Salary – Up to £29,000 basic
* Monday to Friday role – No more weekends!

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
* Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process
* Ensure property compliance, maintaining gas safety, EPC and EICR certification, arranging contractors where needed
* Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries with exceptional customer service
* Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
* Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
* Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
* Working with the manager to put in place new compliance/registrations once Renters Rights Bill comes into effect.
* Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.
* Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
* Keep up to date with ever evolving legislation
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential
* Sales &; customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
* Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
* A full driving license &; access to a vehicle
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
