Job overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated and bustling Reception Team. As an Outpatients Chemotherapy Booker, you will be responsible for scheduling outpatient appointments, arranging chemotherapy treatments, and managing various queries. While the role can be complex and demanding, it is also diverse and rewarding, requiring exceptional organisational and communication skills. 26 hours (0.69 WTE) based at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Woodland’s Centre. Polite notice, previous applicants need not apply Advert Your role will involve liaising with patients and visitors on our main reception, using Chemocare to schedule treatments, and Careflow (PAS) to arrange follow-up appointments. You will also maintain our databases by collating essential data through Chemocare and Careflow. As a valued team member, you'll interact with both the public and hospital staff across various areas, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach. Additionally, you'll provide vital administrative assistance to support our department's efficiency. Working for our organisation Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust’s redeployment process.
