We are seeking a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Oldham on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding and challenging role supporting pupils with severe behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties, many of whom require strong structure, consistency, and positive role modelling to re-engage with education. The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, delivering pre-planned work, and maintaining a safe and structured learning environment. You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ behaviour, de-escalating challenging situations, and building positive relationships that help students succeed.
