Idex Consulting are recruiting for an experienced financial services administrator to join an IFA practice in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been working within a support role in an IFA.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
1. Preparing valuations
2. Processing new business and renewals
3. Process fund switches
4. Assisting with research
5. Sending letters of authority
6. Booking client appointments for the IFA
7. Updating the pending work list regularly
You must have experience as an IFA administrator to be successful in your application.
