Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some Salons may also require evenings, please enquire for further information.
What you will be doing:
* Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
* Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
* Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colo u r services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
* Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
* Embrace the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
* Take advantage of comprehensive Academy training opportunities, enriching your skills and advancing your career with TONI & GUY.

* P rovide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships. A true people person, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect & build rapport with all individuals & personalities.
* Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease. Being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time.
