Change Coordinator – Fully Remote/ 10% Travel - UK based - £55,000
We are seeking an experienced Change Coordinator to help manage a range of exciting new projects at a leading nationwide financial services company. As the business embarks on a significant growth phase, the project delivery team is expanding to meet increasing demands.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the delivery of projects, focusing on the planning, direction, and execution of organisational change initiatives.
2. Ensure seamless project progress and promote efficient change management.
3. Align change initiatives with the company’s broader strategic objectives and technology transformation efforts.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in a similar role supporting project change management.
* A solid understanding of the wealth management/IFA industry.
* Proven experience in managing and mitigating project risks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
