We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. This isn't just about making calls; it's about building relationships and securing new partnerships that will directly contribute to our growth.
Your Role:
* Speak to B2C customers about the services and products Holden Grange offer,.
* Present Holden Grange's value proposition with confidence and clarity, focusing on our TEC QSF certification and exceptional service quality.
* Accurately record and manage all call and sales activities and client information in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales
* Exceptional communication skills
* A confident and professional telephone manner.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to be part of a winning team.
* Knowledge of the telecare or social care sector is a bonus, but not essential.
