About the role

At Domino, we’re looking for an ambitious early‑career electronics engineer to join our global R&D team. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing the cutting‑edge electronic systems behind our industrial printers, accessories, and services.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, or have some experience in the role, this is your opportunity to make an impact from day one. You’ll collaborate with experts in Product Management, Systems, Mechanical, and Software Engineering, gaining broad exposure across disciplines while deepening your technical expertise in electronics.

We’ll support your development with mentoring, hands‑on experience, and opportunities to learn from industry leaders. At the same time, you’ll have the independence to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and shape your career path towards technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and test electronic systems that power our innovative products.
* Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet technical and commercial goals.
* Apply your creativity and problem‑solving skills to design solutions that make a difference for our customers.
* Contribute to the full product lifecycle – from concept and prototyping, through testing and production, to in‑market support.
* Build confidence in planning your work, managing deliverables, and taking responsibility for outcomes.

About You

Domino values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all candidates; however, only those eligible to work in the UK without the need for additional immigration documentation will be considered for this position.

* A degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Enthusiasm for electronic design – from schematic capture and PCB layout to analogue/digital systems.
* A curious mindset with a passion for innovation, problem solving, and continuous learning.
* Strong team spirit – you’ll enjoy collaborating with others, but also thrive when trusted with independence.

If you’ve gained practical experience through placements, internships, or projects, that’s a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your drive to grow into a professional electronics engineer.

What you can expect

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

* 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
* A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication.
* Life insurance, providing security and peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
* Medical insurance with the option of purchasing a health cash plan, dental insurance, travel insurance and cycle‑to‑work scheme, ensuring your health is always a top priority.
* Join our green car scheme, a step towards a more environmentally friendly commute, with free EV charging onsite.
* Pension plan, starting with 8% employer contributions.
