Job Role: Wake Night Support Worker
Location: Llanelli, Carmarthenshire (SA15)
Hours: 36 per week
Shifts: 2100 - 0800
Pay Rate: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour*

Key Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
* Prompt independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
* Support and encourage the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
* Maintain and help with health‑care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
* Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
* Assist with personal care as required.
* Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
* Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
