The Opportunity This role offers a strong focus on Property Litigation, alongside a broader caseload of contentious probate and general contract disputes. You’ll advise a loyal base of privately funded clients, working on a range of complex and engaging matters. Your work will include residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes, leasehold and freehold property issues, contentious probate (including will validity disputes) and general contractual disputes. This is a varied and intellectually stimulating role where you’ll manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced team. About You You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE, ideally with a strong grounding in civil litigation and property disputes. You’re confident handling matters independently, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
