Use modern development techniques including where possible AI and other tools. Ensure that developments are carried out in accordance with established Company IT procedures and standards & ensuring technical standards are met (code/peer reviews). Provision of 2nd line support to production Salesforce platform and workflows including enhancements and deployments. Working independently and taking ownership of development ensuring the correct business outcome is achieved. Supporting the wider team and technical design support Knowledge / Experience: Essential Solid Salesforce experience with demonstrated track record of success. Experience with CRM Analytics Experience building integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft, or other Enterprise systems. Experience creating user focused solutions that are designed with long term maintainability and scalability. Solid understanding of administering Salesforce and developing using declarative tools and custom code. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels. Capable of responding to a fast-paced environment and able to work multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing complex data migration and transformation. Financial services experience. Agile delivery experience. Desirable, but not essential Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Solid skills in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Omnistudio.
