Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation. Feasibility & Innovation: Conduct feasibility studies, identify risks, and recommend design improvements to optimise performance and cost-efficiency. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines. Continuous Improvement: Enhance existing products to improve functionality, reliability, and sustainability. Production Support: Provide technical guidance during manufacturing to resolve design-related issues quickly and effectively. Software Utilisation: Use advanced design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to develop and optimise mechanical components.Profile A successful Mechanical Design Engineer Interim should have: Expert in Design Tools: Proficient in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
