Position Details:
* Type: Full Time, Permanent
* Salary: £27,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus (OTE £29,700) + hybrid company car
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility for occasional weekends)
* Territory: Midlands
Working for Powerforce on our Haier team, you will collaborate closely with the internal training manager to represent the brands in consumer retail and at events.
The Retail Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for delivering interactive, learner-led training to retail staff both face-to-face and via virtual sessions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store standards, conducting merchandising, and ensuring product compliance. You will be responsible for:
* Providing engaging training sessions for retail staff
* Becoming an expert in Haier, Hoover, and Candy brands & products, including market knowledge
* Motivating retail colleagues to recommend our products and increase sales
* Covering retail outlets, building regional contacts, and supporting trade and customer events
Qualifications and Skills:
* Full UK driving license for at least 12 months
* Passion for technology and ability to adapt training for different learning styles
* Experience in retail and training
* Strong IT skills, including PowerPoint, data analysis, and excellent communication skills
* Relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering quality
* Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas (Ireland)
* Flexibility for occasional weekend events or group training (with time off in lieu)
