Medical Receptionist
Post 1. 8.00 am 1.00pm Mon-Fri (25 hours per week) Temp Maternity Cover
Post 2. 1.00 pm 6.00pm Mon-Fri (25 hours per week) - Permanent
(Hours are non-negotiable)
Hourly rate: depending on relevant experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our very busy and friendly Practice team in the west end of Aberdeen. You must be able to maintain a calm, controlled and positive attitude in a demanding work environment.
The post involves speaking with patients in person or on the telephone to deal with their requests or queries in a helpful and efficient manner, as well as general office/administration tasks. We require you to have excellent IT skills, to pay attention to detail, be pro-active, be able to follow procedures/protocols closely and be able to demonstrate understanding and compliance with confidentiality.
Flexibility to work additional hours to cover leave/sickness would be an advantage.
