EHS Advisor £18.46 per hour Wrexham 37.5 hours per week Temporary Role Overview: The client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Advisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our health and safety management system in alignment with their policies and standards. This role is pivotal in fostering a safe working environment and promoting a positive safety culture across the site. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain the health and safety management system, ensuring compliance with the client's standards. Coordinate and conduct internal audits and inspections to monitor site safety performance. Lead comprehensive risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective control measures. Develop and drive risk reduction improvement plans. Actively promote safe behaviours and lead by example to influence a strong safety culture. Requirements: NEBOSH National General Certificate (required); working towards NEBOSH Diploma (preferred). Solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation and best practices.
