Job Title: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant (Secondary Schools - Bexley)
Location: Various Secondary Schools across Bexley
Contract: Full-Time (5 days per week)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and moderate learning difficulties.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs.
Encourage students' confidence, independence, and social development.
Help to create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Support in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
Requirements:
Experience supporting young people with SEN (school-based or other relevant settings).
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to learning and behaviour support.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping every student reach their full potential.
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
