FM Conway is recruiting a Night Scout to join our Street Lighting division. As our Night Scout, you will play a vital role in ensuring the business is compliant by capturing failed lighting assets and reporting the issue, for them to be rectified by the team. This is a full-time, permanent position, working nights from 8pm – 5:30am, based from our depot in Uxbridge, Greater London.
The duties of the Night Scout role will include:
- Driving planned routes to inspect for any faults on street lighting at night
- Reporting light faults to the depot
- Working autonomously and act in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Behaving in a manner that supports the company’s stated vision and values and ensure other team members do likewise
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently on your own. You must have ECS Health and Safety Assessment, First Aid Training and Manual Handling tickets. A full UK driving licence is essential.
