Danish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Canary Wharf - Hybrid working available
£26,700 per annum + monthly bonus opportunities
Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 days
We are recruiting for a Danish Speaker to join our client in Canary Wharf, you'll be working on behalf of a well known brand as a customer service agent to support with customer bookings. The role is a mixture of handling customer service and booking queries, whilst upselling additional products and services where suitable.

What you'll be doing -
* Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
* Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by client
* Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
* Cancel, modify or confirm visits already sold
* Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
What we're looking for -
* Fluent in Danish and English
* Previous experience within a customer service or sales role
* Excellent customer service skills
* Confident working in an environment with targets and KPIs
* Computer literate with good attention to detail
Hours of work -
Full time: 37.5 per week, you will work 5 out of 7 days. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu.
* Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8am - 8pm
* Saturday: 8am-4pm
* Sunday: 9am-4pm
Salary -
* £26,700 per annum / £13.69 per hour equivalent
* Monthly bonus opportunities
