*Hours:* 37 hour week: Monday to Thursday 08.45 – 16.15, Friday 08.45 to 15.45pm. Term Time only.

*The Role*
We are seeking a dynamic, resilient, and reflective SEN Teacher to join our highly skilled and friendly team. You’ll lead on teaching across two subject areas (to be agreed based on your expertise and interests) and play a central role in planning, delivering and reviewing personalised learning pathways. You will line manage the Teaching Assistants in your classroom.
*We’re Looking For Someone Who:*
* Has qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
* Has proven experience teaching children with SEN at secondary level (KS3/4)
* Can plan and deliver accessible, engaging lessons to learners with a wide range of needs.
* Is confident taking subject leadership for two curriculum areas
* Understands or has training in trauma-informed and attachment-aware practice
* Is solution-focused, emotionally intelligent, and a genuine team player
* Is nurturing and adaptable.
* Has experience of managing other staff.
