Duties
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
* Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in merchandising and visual display techniques is an advantage.
