We are recruiting for A Part Time Customer Service Assistant who will be based at our Nottingham Station A key focus of the Customer Service Assistant role is to maintain a high-level presence on the station, directing and assisting customers as necessary, providing exceptional customer service at all times. You will also be involved with management of the car park facilities, making customer announcements at the station and taking responsibility of the station's lost property. We are therefore looking for candidates with a strong Customer Service background. Your communication skills should also be second to none and you are able to easily to identify with customers’ needs and pride yourself on delivering the highest level of customer care. We believe that people deserve more than just “good service” but an amazing experience that they’ll never forget. It’s about believing in what you do and creating lasting memories. This role is shift work based on a rota to provide our customer service for all our passengers from the first train in the morning to the last train at night. So, you will need to be flexible in order to work the shifts at the station. At Nottingham station the earliest book on is currently 06:00 which you will need to be able to attend work for and the latest current book off is currently 22:30. These are subject to timetable changes or business need. Previous experience within a customer facing role would be advantageous but is not essential. We are looking for hard working and customer focused people to join our team. Training will be provided to the successful candidates.
