GSL Education are seeking to appoint a skilled Design Technology Teacher for a school located in the S11 area of Sheffield. As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that develop pupils’ design thinking, technical ability, and problem-solving skills in a well-equipped learning environment. Main Duties: Plan and deliver design technology lessons aligned with the curriculum. Promote creativity, safety, and practical skill development. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to wider school learning initiatives. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Design Technology Teacher in a school setting. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
