Planner / Scheduler We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join a brilliant team in Bradford. You will be responsible for scheduling visits and appointments and ensuring the company is compliant with industry / company standards, customer service level agreements / expectations and KPI's. What you'll be doing Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises. Allocate / plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits. Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner. Maintain the Master Planning Schedule. Reschedule and document cancelled appointments Co-rodinate with operatives, inspectros and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery. What you'll need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with complex and frustrating situations. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Competent user of Excel. Computer literacy for data entry and the production of reports and schedules. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday The contract is temporary with the possibility of being permanent for the right candidate. Hourly pay is £12.70
