About the role
* Providing targeted pastoral support to pupils who require additional emotional, behavioural or attendance support
* Acting as a trusted adult for students, offering daily check-ins and ongoing mentoring
* Supporting behaviour for learning and helping students regulate and re-engage with education
* Working closely with SLT, safeguarding leads, SEND staff and families
* Contributing to wellbeing initiatives and pastoral interventions across the school

The ideal candidate
* Experience in a pastoral, mentoring, youth work, LSA or safeguarding-focused role
* Confident supporting students with SEMH, behaviour, attendance or engagement needs
* Calm, resilient and relationship-driven
* Comfortable working across KS3–KS5
* School-based experience is desirable but not essential
