Job Summary
Responsible for providing direction to PMO Ops Engineering, acting as a Subject Matter Expert within the Programme Management Office, and supporting the Engineering Managers in the following activities.
Scope of Responsibilities
* Provide a compliant integrated framework of processes and tools to assist engineering managers with operational management.
* Engage with PMO Ops resources to help Engineering Managers achieve commitments regarding delivery, costs, earned value management, risk management and quality.
* Address and report any irregularities with regard to the program and project management reference system.
* Recommend continuous process improvements and deployment of best practices.
* Assist in decision‑making regarding programs, projects or business lines and stand in for an Engineering Manager on a temporary basis when needed.
* Provide information and recommendations to support management, planning, resource allocation, financial data, risks, and opportunities.
* Be proficient in data analytics.
* Support across all SGB business functions related to programme delivery, including change management, risk management, financial governance, reporting, integrated planning and PMO functional activities.

* Understanding of cost monitoring and control principles.
* Knowledge of Safran’s Risk Management Tool (RiTo) or external equivalent.
